Carpet & Rug

Carpets and rugs are an essential element of any home or business. Unfortunately, many of these surfaces easily accumulate dirt, marks and stains. The extent of this dirt is not only confined to the surface, the fibre within the carpet or rug itself can be affected over time. At Diamond Shine, our comprehensive approach targets the entirety of the material, not only revitalising it but also further safeguarding it for the future. Our service extends to any and every carpet or rug of any fabric. Since our foundation, Diamond Shine has completed successful carpet and rug cleaning operations across residential, commercial and industrial sites throughout Melbourne.

Our Process

Carpets

steam cleaning, dry cleaning, stain removal, protection, repair, restoration and more. Depending on your carpet type, our team will either apply comprehensive steam cleaning or alternatively dry cleaning. Only applying the use of eco friendly and non-toxic materials, we strive to stay up to date with the latest and greatest cleaning tools and products.

Upon arrival, our first point of call will be a thorough inspection and subsequent fiber test of your carpet, allowing us to identify the most applicable cleaning solutions for each case. Then, our technician will proceed to conduct a thorough steam or dry clean of the surface, restoring it to as good as new.

Rugs

Open to rugs of various fabrics, types, shapes and sizes, our team will provide an onsite visit to conduct an initial inspection. This inspection will identify all damage within the rug from visible to non-visible, ultimately resulting in an estimate. Once determined we will proceed to implement rug steam cleaning, a process that includes dry vacuuming, stain removal, hot water extraction, deodorization and a final wash.

What are the benefits of our carpet and rug cleaning?

Unprofessional cleaning of carpets and rugs can only go so far. While you may be able to personally remove some stains, without the right technology and knowhow, the process is ultimately ineffective. On the other hand, the professional quality of service we offer guarantees restoration from tried and tested industry methods, all conducted by trained technicians.

Delivered at an affordable rate, the Diamond Shine service also saves you significant time and money associated with replacing, removing and purchasing a brand new rug or carpet. Whether you require cleaning for your home or business, the benefits remain the same. Contact us today and have your carpet or rug achieve a real diamond shine.

We have 60 square metres of paving that is 40 years plus old. We initially had two other quotes in addition to Naleen’s. We proceeded with Naleen as the presentation of his quote was very detailed plus his pricing was very competitive. The paving is well worn so we understood it was never going to be restored to the original condition, but Naleen’s efforts in restoring the 40 year old paving went well beyond what we were expecting. The end result far exceeded our expectations. Naleen’s team arrived when he said they were going to, completed the work and left everything clean and tidy. Naleen was on hand every day to ensure everything went smoothly. We have no hesitation in recommending Naleen and would definitely use his service again if we needed to.

pete womble

It’s a long time since I have seen this level of hard work and commitment to doing a first-class job.It didn’t matter whether it was bitterly cold or pouring with rain, Naleen and his team worked hard from the moment they arrived until they were ready to finish.Friendly, helpful with advice and they even (unexpectedly) repaired all the old and broken tiles. The outside of my house has been transformed (see photos).I have no hesitation in recommending Naleen, you rarely see this standard of work these days.

Headless Guitarist

Naleen’s attention to detail and commitment to complete a great job and clean up were amazing. Thanks for all your work

Sam Casabene

I can’t recommend Naleen and his team at DS pressure cleaning highly enough! My balcony used to leak like a sieve. Complicated also because sometime in the past , the original owner decided to lay granite tiles on top of the existing quarry tiles. The waterproofing in between had also broken down over the years.Naleen came to see the problem and recommended using epoxy grouting and polyurethane caulking around the perimeter. The advice was similar to others who had come to look. But the difference was in the way Naleen went about the task. Didn’t rush. Made sure the tiles and the gaps in the tiles were dry before coming back to do the grouting. I was consulted on every step and if there was still a risk of moisture, we waited a few more days until it was dry to perform the next steps. In the end , I have a well sealed balcony that after 2 months has shown no sign of leaking. Even today (July 9 2024) when we have had constant rain , not a drop of water to be seen in the basement. I even managed to get to peak between the bottom of the concrete slab and the suspended ceiling tiles and it was bone dry.Naleen was also competitive with pricing but the main thing was the diligence of workmanship and no short cuts. Even worked into the dark when needed. Just got to keep the coffee and biscuits in good supply so the team works even more happily !! Thanks for a great job Naleen and team !!

Highly recommend. I went with this company after reading so many 5 star google reviews. Glad I did . Reasonably priced . Naleen and his crew did a great job and we are so very happy with the end result. Didn’t think it could look this good after years of dirt and mould build up. Looks almost brand new again like it did when pavers were laid 13 years ago. Naleen replaced all grout and repaired some pavers as well as clean and sealed. Naleen was professional, courteous, and always kept me updated with progress and his attendance. Thanks Naleen. Great job

Had a very bad experience when I recently had my car serviced and came to realize, but unfortunately too late, that the mechanic did not tighten the oil filter, therefore oil was leaked over our Sandstone driveway. We tried many products even high pressured driveway but could NOT remove the oil which had leached into the stone. As you can imagine we were very upset as oil stain was clearly visible.Thank God for Diamond Shine Pressure Cleaning, they went over and beyond to get our sandstone driveway looking better than ever!! We highly recommend them and will continue to have them back again to resurface and protect our driveway .AAA+Left side photos - BeforeRight side photos AFTER

Outstanding job that restored our 25 year old sandstone paving back to looking like new. Over the past decades I had been cleaning it with a domestic pressure spray that got the surface dirt off, but not ingrained discolouration. These guys were able to totally remove all staining and bring the stone is back to pristine condition. Good communicators, professional and reliable. Very happy to endorse them.

DS Pressure Washing did an absolutely amazing job restoring our brick and aggregate concrete driveway. I thought I had to get it replaced but fortunately decided to give restoration a try first. It looks brand new - I did not think it was possible to do what they did. Naleen and John were very hard working, never cut corners and worked on Saturday and Sunday to finish the job quickly and without compromise on quality. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommended and will use DS again the future!

I usually get 2-3 quotes before engaging any tradesman but as soon as I met Naleen and discussed the potential job I had confidence that he was the right person for the task. I was not disaapointed! The 107 square metres of terra cotta tiles surrounding my house had not been cleaned for over 10 years and there was even mould in some shaded areas. Naleen restored the tiles to perfection and repair grouted where necessary. He even cleaned the timber outdoor furniture at no extra cost! He was punctual, working with thought , care and respect at all times. I have no hesitation in recommending Naleen and his team.

Gilbert Choy

I wish I can give better rating to Naleen's team. They have over delivered with their service with great value. You can see for yourself from the before and after photos. The glossy photos are the after photos of course. You won't find a better guy than him to take care of your facilities.

The DS team came out on the weekend and got the job done in a day. Cleaned and sealed outside limestone tiles, as well as pressured washed the internal tiles. Both areas came out looking very clean and even took the extra steps to remove stubborn rust stains made by the sofas.Great work and thanks for moving all the furnitures around!

Graham Polley

The team at DS did a terrific job at our property. We needed almost 300m2 of concrete cleaned and resealed, including our carport. It hadn't been done in probably 10-15 years, so was really looking quite tatty overall. They turned up when they said they would, were competitive on price, and communication was excellent. We're delighted with the results. We went with woodland grey for our driveway and pathway, and shale grey for the carport. They also added an anti-slip coating to help with grip. Would recommend.

They were fantastic, friendly and respectful guys who left no stone unturned to make sure that our paving was brand new.Naleen and his team were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him and his business to anyone who needs their paving cleaned and repaired. Will use their service again for sure.

Michael Shehan

My bluestone paving was thoroughly cleaned and sealed. Beautifully done. It had stains that had built up. There’s a large eucalyptus tree that dropped gunk on it including it’s oils, parrot, possum and even bat droppings. I don’t think I’d sealed it properly a few years ago. It was stressing me quite a bit. The guys were great. They knew their stuff and gave me some advice on cleaning products and explained what sealant was best for me. They answered all my questions. They fixed 2 loose pavers on some steps and regrouted them which was good. It’s so much easier to keep clean now. They were good people to deal with. I’ll call Diamond Shine Pressure Cleaning back in 4 or 5 years to do it again. Mic Shehan, Greensborough.

Renee Cavell

michael lori Scarano

Naleem did a great job cleaning and sealing the sandstone around our pool!!

caroline anderson

I had a fantastic experience with DS pressure cleaning and highly recommend their service. I spoke to Naleen (the owner of the business) who managed to fit me in to his busy schedule at short notice to pressure clean my 20 year old exposed aggregate driveway and garden path that had gone green with mould. He restored it to its past glory! He was also able to wash the entire external cladding on my house. It meant I didn't need to repaint the house prior to its sale saving me a fortune. I was also surprised at the reasonable price. It was very transparent being calculated per square metre of concrete to be cleaned. It was a bargain given the expensive looking equipment he used to do such a great job (I had failed dismally with my high pressure hose!). Naleen made the entire experience a pleasure and its an added bonus that he is an extremely nice man. Judge for yourselves by the before and after pictures!

Elliot Golten

Naleen and the team at DS Pressure Cleaning did a fantastic job in cleaning and resealing the concrete around my home. Would highly recommend the services of Diamond Shine Pressure Cleaning - they were very accomodating with scheduling the job during Melbournes never ending lockdowns and the end result was amazing. This is a work review following the completion of cleaning and sealing of our two patios over the past two days. I just wanted to say that I am very happy with the work done, particularly on the worst area located under the big tree where the ingrained dirt was a major problem. The end results for both locations has been excellent, your approach to your work thorough, you are flexible when additional things need to be cleaned, and very good communications as you proceeded with this work. If I get the opportunity then I will strongly recommend you to others needing to use any of your various cleaning services you offer.
