We proceeded with Naleen as the presentation of his quote was very detailed plus his pricing was very competitive. The paving is well worn so we understood it was never going to be restored to the original condition, but Naleen’s efforts in restoring the 40 year old paving went well beyond what we were expecting. It’s a long time since I have seen this level of hard work and commitment to doing a first-class job.It didn’t matter whether it was bitterly cold or pouring with rain, Naleen and his team worked hard from the moment they arrived until they were ready to finish.Friendly, helpful with advice and they even (unexpectedly) repaired all the old and broken tiles. I can’t recommend Naleen and his team at DS pressure cleaning highly enough! My balcony used to leak like a sieve. Complicated also because sometime in the past , the original owner decided to lay granite tiles on top of the existing quarry tiles. The waterproofing in between had also broken down over the years.Naleen came to see the problem and recommended using epoxy grouting and polyurethane caulking around the perimeter. The advice was similar to others who had come to look. But the difference was in the way Naleen went about the task. Didn’t rush. Made sure the tiles and the gaps in the tiles were dry before coming back to do the grouting. I was consulted on every step and if there was still a risk of moisture, we waited a few more days until it was dry to perform the next steps.In the end , I have a well sealed balcony that after 2 months has shown no sign of leaking. Even today (July 9 2024) when we have had constant rain , not a drop of water to be seen in the basement. I even managed to get to peak between the bottom of the concrete slab and the suspended ceiling tiles and it was bone dry.Naleen was also competitive with pricing but the main thing was the diligence of workmanship and no short cuts. Even worked into the dark when needed. Just got to keep the coffee and biscuits in good supply so the team works even more happily !! Thanks for a great job Naleen and team !!

Had a very bad experience when I recently had my car serviced and came to realize, but unfortunately too late, that the mechanic did not tighten the oil filter, therefore oil was leaked over our Sandstone driveway.We tried many products even high pressured driveway but could NOT remove the oil which had leached into the stone.As you can imagine we were very upset as oil stain was clearly visible.Thank God for Diamond Shine Pressure Cleaning, they went over and beyond to get our sandstone driveway looking better than ever!! I usually get 2-3 quotes before engaging any tradesman but as soon as I met Naleen and discussed the potential job I had confidence that he was the right person for the task. I was not disaapointed! The 107 square metres of terra cotta tiles surrounding my house had not been cleaned for over 10 years and there was even mould in some shaded areas. Naleen restored the tiles to perfection and repair grouted where necessary. He even cleaned the timber outdoor furniture at no extra cost! The team at DS did a terrific job at our property. We needed almost 300m2 of concrete cleaned and resealed, including our carport. It hadn't been done in probably 10-15 years, so was really looking quite tatty overall. They turned up when they said they would, were competitive on price, and communication was excellent. We're delighted with the results. We went with woodland grey for our driveway and pathway, and shale grey for the carport. They also added an anti-slip coating to help with grip. Would recommend.

My bluestone paving was thoroughly cleaned and sealed. Beautifully done. It had stains that had built up. There’s a large eucalyptus tree that dropped gunk on it including it’s oils, parrot, possum and even bat droppings. I don’t think I’d sealed it properly a few years ago. It was stressing me quite a bit. The guys were great. They knew their stuff and gave me some advice on cleaning products and explained what sealant was best for me. They answered all my questions. They fixed 2 loose pavers on some steps and regrouted them which was good. It’s so much easier to keep clean now. They were good people to deal with. I had a fantastic experience with DS pressure cleaning and highly recommend their service. I spoke to Naleen (the owner of the business) who managed to fit me in to his busy schedule at short notice to pressure clean my 20 year old exposed aggregate driveway and garden path that had gone green with mould. He restored it to its past glory! He was also able to wash the entire external cladding on my house. It meant I didn't need to repaint the house prior to its sale saving me a fortune. I was also surprised at the reasonable price. It was very transparent being calculated per square metre of concrete to be cleaned. It was a bargain given the expensive looking equipment he used to do such a great job (I had failed dismally with my high pressure hose!). Naleen made the entire experience a pleasure and its an added bonus that he is an extremely nice man. Judge for yourselves by the before and after pictures!
